1. Introduction
This website is owned and operated by Saleistan.pk, an online retail store based in Pakistan. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Saleistan.pk. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission.

2. Products & Pricing
We have 7-8 different categories and strive to display accurate product information, colors, and prices. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We reserve the right to:
a) Correct any pricing errors, including after an order is placed.
b) Change product prices without prior notice.
c) Discontinue any product at any time.

Product images are for illustration. Actual color may slightly vary due to photography and screen resolution.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Incorrect pricing or stock unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent or fake orders
• Delivery limitations in certain areas

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call you for confirmation. Unconfirmed orders will be auto-cancelled after 24 hours.

4. Payments
We offer:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive your parcel.
• Online Payment – Via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer / PayFast.

If online payment fails but amount is deducted, please contact your bank and email us at support@saleistan.pk within 48 hours.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan via Leopards, TCS, M&P and other courier partners.

• Delivery Time: 2-5 working days (3-7 for remote areas).
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout unless stated as FREE delivery.
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

You must provide a complete and correct address and active phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns, Exchange & Refunds – 7-Day Checking Warranty

We offer a 3-Day Checking Warranty.

You can request a return/exchange if:

• Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
• You have an unboxing video as proof (required for claims).

Not eligible for return if:

• Product is used, washed, or damaged by misuse.
• Change of mind without a valid reason for sealed hygiene products.

Process:
Email us at support@saleistan.pk with your order number and video/picture proof within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, return shipping cost will be shared. Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer.

7. Warranty
Warranty (if mentioned on product) covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.

8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.

9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to copy content, attempt to hack, or place fake bulk orders. Violation may result in order cancellation and IP ban.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on Saleistan.pk including logo, images, product descriptions, design, and the tagline “Best Products, Unbeatable Prices, Greater Value.” is our property. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Saleistan.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
